Guides for General Public

 

一般利用者の方も当館を利用していただくことができます。利用についての詳細は、当館ホームページの「利用案内」をご覧ください。
General Public can use the library. Please see "Guides for Users" of our Library Home Page about the details.

1) 貸出冊数と貸出期間 (Circulation Policy)

一般利用者 General Public	5冊 5 vols	2週間 2 weeks
雑誌 Periodicals	制限なし No Limitation	1日 1 day

＊ 雑誌は一般雑誌のバックナンバーの未製本のものだけ１日貸出ができます。

＊ Back issues of unbound general periodicals can be borrowed only one night.

＊一般利用者方は、研究図書、分置図書の貸出はできません。
＊General Public can not borrow the books in the faculty's office.

2) 入館手続き (Registration)

初めて来館される方は、住所、氏名が確認できる運転免許証、パスポート等を持参し、カウンターで「図書館利用申請書」に必要事項を記入し、提出してください。継続してご利用になる方には「図書館利用証」を発行いたしますので、お申し出ください。

Those who use the Library for the first time must bring some document (driver's license, passport etc.) to confirm your address and name, and fill in the form [Toshokan riyo shinsei-sho] at the Counter. A Library Card will be issued for those who wish to use the library continuously .

3) 延滞 (Delay)

一般利用者の方は、延滞中の資料がある場合は、貸出できません。また、延滞冊数、日数に応じて貸出禁止期間が設けられます。

General Public can not borrow in case of overdue books.
Borrowing privileges will be suspended according to number of volumes and days of delay.


4)相互利用 (Inter-library Loan : ILL)

一般利用者の方は、相互利用については、所属機関及び公共図書館からご利用ください。

Please use ILL system from affiliated societies and public libraries.
